Using sucaryl. . for diabetic. . either cake or loaf would be great.

Jessienz, if you check the Diabetic Baking thread on page 9 there is a ginger loaf recipe not too far down the first page and there may be others in that thread as well. If you use the search box on the left of your screen you will find other diabetic threads too.
