coconut cream and asstd dried spices in the cupboard including cajun. Can someone steer me in the right direction for making a yummy spicey chicken dish with a creamy sauce like Cajun. What other ingredients would I need -Help anyone! ! !

I only have a Thai chicken curry- you would need a jar of coriander, a can of tomatoes, julienne carrots, peas etc though - I have the recipe at home, so it wouldnt be till after 5. 30.

Thankyou for that I am just trolling through a recipe search on TM and you have one here under stir fry chicken I might just try something like that tonight
