Recipe for Thumbprint Cookies please?

Does anyone have this recipe? Its acookie, the top of which is pressed down part way through the baking, jam is put into the indent, and the cookies are baked a few more minutes. The one I remember had custard powder as part of the dry ingredients, and was slightly buttery, firm, rather than hard and crisp.

Bulls Eyes should fit the bill! - BULLS EYES. 5 oz butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup flour, ½ cup cornflour, ½ cup custard powder,
2 tsp baking powder. Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg, beat again then add dry ingredients. Let mixture stand about 10 minutes.
Roll into small balls (about walnut size) and put hole in each. (Makes approx 30. ) Add small amount of raspberry jam. 350 for 10 – 15 mins. (Sorry about the imperial measurement. )

200g butter (softened), 1/4c icing sugar, 1 1/4c flour, 1/4 custard powder, 1/4c jam.
170* oven.
Mix butter with icing sugar until smooth. Add dry ingred and mix well. Roll heaped teaspoons of dough and place and greased or lined tray. Use end of woooden spoon dipped in flour and press into centre of ball. Stop before it touches the bottom. Fill centre with jam. Bake 10-15 mins until pale golden. Makes 20.
