How to crumb bluecod please?

Do i ad anything to plain dried breadcrumbs? Thanks

First seasoned flour, then beaten egg, lastly breadcrumbs. when I cook fish I marinate in beaten egg & crushed garlic then dip in breadcrumbs orcoating.

as the above posted suggested. I prefer to use panko breadcrumbs as they are light and crispy. I often add in a little finely grated parmesan and lemon rind into the crumb mix as well. Be sure to allow the crumbed fish to sit in the fridge for at least 30mins before cooking to help set the crumbs.

Personally I skip the flour stage and just go egg and breadcrumbs but agree on the letting sit for a while before frying I fry in 50/50 butter and rice bran oil (though lately have used coconut oil which isn't too bad either). Oh and don't forget the lemon pepper.
