do you leave yours on the bench and then just reheat in the morn, do you take it out and put it in the fridge? have done a leg of lamb now everyone has gone elsewhere for tea so will make soup or something tommorrow but what do i do with it tonight... ?

Definately take it out and put it in the fridge, otherwise you are risking food poisoning

I agree. Never, ever leave any food, especially meat or poulty out at room temp over night. Cool slightly and put in the fridge if its been cooked. Don't forget to cover.
