i used to visit a maori family years ago and they made a fantastic chow mein... chicken, cabbage noodles etc... . . have tried asian ones and never tastes any where near what that tastes like... has any one got a never fail one?

Had a friend that made chicken chow mein and she used pkt(s) of chicken noodle soup, chicken pieces, cabbage etc. , . if thats any help.
