Some of the products I bought say no grease, some say do but not sprays. What is best?

we use these a lot in our bakehosue and use a spray on them. . they last well and release teh product well (Very sticky cinnamon rolls), I guess it may depend what youa re cooking

The only I dont spray is the baking sheet.
