"Kiwifruit Chutney 1 Kg (2&1/4 lbs) kiwifruit, 2 bananas, 3 onions, zest of 1 lemon & juice of 3 lemons, 1 cup each of raisins, brown sugar & white vinegar, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 3 tbsp crystallised ginger, 2 tsp salt. Peel and slice the kiwifruit, chop the onions and bananas. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil gently for about 1 hour until soft and thick. Stir frequently, cool, then spoon into sterilised jars and seal. I haven't tried this but I think it sounds yummy - I hope it will help you to make use of your kiwifruit. " :-))
