I bought a huge box of packet chips for the kids school lunches. Now it seems that they don't like the flavour. How can I use them up in recipes?

You could crush the chips up and use them as a coating for chicken.

ultravioleteyes, here's a couple of suggestions... .
(a) Crush the chips and mix them with some grated cheese then use the chip and cheese mixture to top a fish pie, instead of or as well as mashed potatoes on a cottage/shepherds pie or similar.
(b) In these biscuits... . - this recipe is thanks to TM's susieq SAVOURY CRISPS "Lovely with drinks" - susieq.
115g each offlourandcrushed potato crispsorcornflakes ½ tsp salt 1 tsp dry mustard pinch cayenne pepper 225g grated tasty cheese 85g butter, softened
Mix the dry ingredients until crumbly. Add the softened butter and knead together. Form into balls and flatten - don't make them too big. Bake at180°Cfor12-15 minutes.

Thanks for the ideas... will be trying them. 245sam that 2nd recipe sounds yummy! Will be making that for the kids lunches too... . haha evil mom...
