for a soft cream scrub mix baking soda with liquid hand soap to make a paste make cheaper liquid hand soap by gratingsunlight soap and add 7 cups boiling water

I think it was the "Budgets who needs them - me" thread started by kob. From memory it had heaps of really good info in it.
