I need a big bag of field mushrooms and would happily swap a big bag of frozen summer beans or corgettes or tomato puree! Northeast Chch, Kaiapoi or Rangiora if someone has some.

aw, my partner works for meadow mushrooms and *usually* gets a one kilo bag a week, we dont eat them but he gets them ona friday and we already gave that bag away

There were some magic mushrooms growing on the lawn of one of the smaller fire stations in ChCh last week. They were HUGE.

My father in law used to do their greenhouses around 25-30 years ago and we would get boxes of them. Lovely they were. But they are the button ones, I think the big field ones make the best soup. I am over Summer beans!
