Cake decorations

Anyone know what these flowers are made of and how to make them? I brought these from a shop but they look easy enough to make. They are that hard sugary stuff you can eat.

royal icing that has been coloured and piped then left to air dry and harden

They are made from royal icing, coloured and piped through a forcing bag with the correct shaped nozzle on the end.
Royal icing is egg white with icing sugar mixed in it until stiff enough to hold peaks. Pipe flowers on to baking paer and leave to dry for a few hours or overnight. the dot in the middle is a different coloured icing added later using a different nozzle.

Thanks everyone. Is wilton a good brand for cake decorating stuff. I am looking for a good piping bag that will last and has lots of attachments.
