Wanting to make a quiche but be able to pop un-used part in freezer all recipes I have have milk and cream in them I don't have any cream and we don't use it but wondering otherwise is it okay to freeze quiche with milk in it? oh and eggs? or does somoene have recipe?

Sweetas, just wont taste anywhere near as nice with cream.
