I usually leave my meal cooking all day on Auto-cook. Would it cook better or faster just left all day on the Low setting?

I've never been game enough to try the auto cook incase it didn't cook it enough! I always leave on low all day if I use my crockpot.

i use auto, if i am home for awhile when i first put it on i have it on high, then turn down to auto, cooks lovely.

err... high = a consistent high temperature... low = a consistent low temperature... Auto. . starts at high. . then after a preset time about one hour, switches to low
