I make a basic scone dough and roll out flat. spread thin layer of marge (or butter) and sprinkle with cinnamon 'n sugar, then roll up into log, cut into slices 2cm wide. Much easier than my old recipe which required me to actually measure the ingredients and melt in a separate bowl - who needs the extra dishes:-)I also make cheeseymite scrolls - basic cheese scone dough, roll out, spread with marmite and roll upYUM YUM YUM

another easier way of doing it is to get a block of butter straight from the fridge and grate it on before adding your cinnamon and sugar

i dont use butter/marg at all just the cinnamon and sugar, and i dont have 'fall out'
