what to do with these for dinner? I have my step son living with is , he is 16 so i need so ideas to bulk it up :) Plz

Grill them up/shallow fry, chop into pieces and serve with Thai salad (lettuce/cabbage, peppers chili, crushed peanuts, coriander, basil, beansprouts, red onion) and rice. Make a fish sauce/lime based dressingor sweet chili dipping sauce.
Or... cook as above, drain all fat, coat in seedy mustard and apricot jam, caramelise and serve. Pineapple jam good too. Nice with steamed veges and cheesy tater mash with chopped spring onions through it.

what about chopping them in to bite size bits. Frying them a wee bit and throwing them in the crockpot with sum gravy>? ? ? Mash spuds and bons your uncle
