once its been kneaded at second stage. place on oiled glad wrap then wrap well and freeze. Make sure its well defrosted before you knead again and set to rise for baking.

Yip I do all the time! ! you do have to wrap it really well, I normally place in a ziplock bag and let it rise so there is no air in the bag then freeze. when you take out of the freezer let it defrost roll out and let it rise a lil...
