Hiya , was wondering what is the best biscult / mix to use the cookie cutter ? any advise be great :)

I guess any dough that isn't sticky and won't stick to the cookie cutters. Have you got a metal or plastic cookie cutter?

SHortbread is perfect and you can colour it too, add cocoa, coffee etc. .
