Does anyone have any tips on how to cool down a curry?
Thanks.

What sort of curry is it?

What did you curry? I'd maybe add coconut cream a drop of brown sugar but depends what you made.

You can add yoghurt, coconut milk or cream;
but the method I recommend is to first use a slotted spoon and lift the meat/veges out of the too hot sauce.
Pour the sauce over into a jug & put the meat/veg back into your pot.
Now add some yoghurt, coconut milk or cream & enough of the sauce until you have a heat you can handle.

If it's a thai type curry as fruitluva said you can add coconut cream and brown sugar.

Indian curries you can add natural yoghurt or sour cream.

I was always told to cut a potato in half of cubes & put that in the gravy and cook until the potato is done then remove the potato if you wish.

I think the potato trick is to take away saltiness?

You could also try balancing the heat with some lime juice (SE Asian) or vinegar (Indian).
