Has anyone got a good Tikka Masala recipe? I would like to try making it from scratch by having the spices and ingredients on hand in the cupboard rather than relying on expensive supermarket jars or spice pastes, or splashing out on indian takeout.

Have you tried the pre packaged Spice and Easy range available at the supermarket, recipe and instructions included, these curries are seriously good, better than any takeaway food!

Yeah I have and I also use Asian Home Gourmet... cause they are both healthy options. But I really am after the old skool DIY recipe also... :) Many thanks.

Let me know if there are any ingredients you are unsure of e. g. curry plants -there is someone on TM that sells these.
