Its been 5 years since we have done a gluten free diet for Miss nearly 7, but I am currently looking at an elimination diet for her as she is having trouble again. I know a lot of things say gluten free, but I was wondering what I should be looking for in products, and what to avoid in the way of additives etc. Thanks

Have you used the search facility at top left of your screen? Put 'gluten free' into the keyword space and 'anytime' for date posted, hit the search button and you'll get lots of helpful threads.
