Do you think if i were to use the Garlic tender roast sachet on a topside roast, would it taste ok? ?

Can't see why not. I often cover my topside roast with a packet of Maggi Oxtail soup or Brown Onion Gravy Mix & chuck it in the crockpot with a little bit of water. By the time it's added its own water I'm left with a beautiful gravy.
