just wondering if you were able to freeze any and all uncooked biscuit/cookie dough in a long log etc. Any recipes or help with this would be great. TIA

yes, I freeze them in a log or free flow spoonful of the mixture then pull out what I need and bake

You certainly can... do the log thing, a great idea

Yep... Definitely the log works for me, cut into 1. 5cm slices to bake... Approx 10 mins @ 190 degrees.
