Is there an alternative to coconut in rice bubble cakes?

Or really finely chopped dried fruit... apricots etc... yummy

if you don't have or don't like leave it out and maybe add a handful more of rice bubbles.

My kids don't like coconut so I just leave it out and add a bit more rice bubbles. And adding some cornflakes in too is another alternative.

I made this one day, got to adding the coconut and didnt have any, so I chucked in 1/2 c of Cherios, and 1/2 toasted Museli, ... . now my kids asked for the "stuffed up" version all the time... lol
