I have to organise a wine and cheese event at church for 200 people. Any suggestions for cheap and easy nibbles to serve at this event? We dont have a huge budget, so emphasis on cheap and easy.

buy some french bread sticks and make up some various spreads to go on the thinly sliced bread ; cobb loaves are quite inexpensive to make also ( serve with extra crackers )
