Lambs fry

I quite often get a whole fry. Always skin, roll in flour and fry in butter. Yummy!
That's good but after a few feeds have tried freezing the rest .
When defrosted they don't seem the same and usually throw it away.
What i am thinking, cook the lot, freeze what I don't eat. Then thaw, heat and eat as I feel like. Any one tried this?

Yes it freezes ok. I allways make a big lot and freeze some of it. Mine is allways in a gravy though
