Well today I made one using hummus, lettuce, tomato,cheese and bean sprouts but wasn't impressed. Does anyone have their own fillings that they enjoy. Thank you

I always spread on a bit of relish - tomato relish is nice and adds a bit of taste. I then put cottage cheese, sprouts, grated carrot, tomato, beetroot slices, lettuce and sometimes a sliced boiled egg. Its a pretty full up wrap but is quite tasty!

This, but I add pesto to the cream cheese and use that as a spread, and also add asparagus (freshly boiled as now, or canned), grated or spiralised carrot, and sometimes beetroot (also grated or spiralised).
