Smoked fish in a white sauce! best filling IMO. Bacon in a mushroom sauce.

White sauce chopped parsley, with either pre fried chopped mushrooms onion,bacon. smoked fish, or salmon, served warm. my favs.Cold ones creamy mayo, chopped chives, dill, mixed with some tuna, shrimps, or prawn.
