someone made it on tv, I have googled endlessly, cant find the right one. The roux had curry in it,onion, garlic etc. Have tried to make it. cant get the ingred amounts right.

Yep it's Jamie. It's nice but have only made it once a few years ago, might have to give it a go again.
Too much macaroni, too dry? Only use half of your macaroni packet,
