I have a homemaker churro maker and have no idea how long to cook the churros. Can anyone help - also a good recipe for churros.
Cheers.

I got this from the web if it's any help.
Squeeze a 4- inch strip of dough into the hot oil. Repeat, frying 3 or 4 strips at a time. Fry the churros, turning them once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer the cooked churros to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

Most of the churro recipes I have seen are like a sweet choux pastry dough. I have used these with good success. Don't have your oil too hot (I usually check with a bread cube to see how long it takes to go golden brown - don't want it to poach in the oil but also don't want it brown in 30 second - trial and error until you get the feel of it.

OP has a Churros Maker Machine and this is what she was asking for instructions for.
