Just fresh out of the slow cooker. I was dubious as I've made a few shocker self saucing puddings lately but hoped to find a fantastic recipe. I saw Alison Goften's recipe from her new 'Slow' recipe book on Good Morning this week and made it tonight - it is truly fantastic! ! So sorry, I've only just seen this. I would say it'd be fine, it has a lot of sauce so it wouldn't dry out. You would just need to heat it on arrival : )I'd leave it in the crock part to travel with if you can. Mrs W
