How long would a Pavlova keep in a tin .Can they be frozen?

Fresh is best. Yes will keep in a tin, a couple of days, but may go sugary, . as to freezer, /Pass.

Have often frozen pavs, but always make sure they are airtight. Will keep a couple of weeks at least
