Sliced pears, rocket leaves, blue cheese n pecan nuts. All layered out on a plater style dish.
If you want a dressing mix together olive oil, lemon juice, a lil sugar til it tastes nice. sorry don't have measurements I just mix it all together in a jar and shake.

Kirmag. that sounds delish. do you toss the dressing over so the pear dosnt brown or do u toss pear in lemon?

Toss dressing over - or I just put on the side for people who want it (i'm not a big dressing fan). But it doesn't last long enough for the pears to brown lol. Simple salad but yum.

I do one with pears, walnuts and rocket with french dressing that has grated ginger in in. I usually use Nashi (Asian apple pears).

It really depends on what you like in salads.
If you like Blue cheese, it pairs nicely with pears and walnuts/pecans If you like feta, chuck some raspberries and spinach in there for a nice salad I also goes well with thinly sliced beetroot, brie and pistachios
