Clean eating ideas

angejay6, Aug 14, 4:39pm
Hi new to this and any suggestions would be great, have seen a magazine advertised called clean eating but don't think we can get it in NZ?

Plenty of nonsense on the net if you want to read:

The soul of clean eating is consuming food in its most natural state, or as close to it as possible.

Eat five to six times a day

Choose organic whenever possible

Drink at least two liters of water a day

Sigh. there is such a thing as too much water you know - and water doesn't have to be actual plain water, water is in your tea, your juice, in fruits and veges.
Silly ideas. Just eat food, real food, in moderation.
Without any religious ideas about it.

Wow, thanks for that, it looks like it would be a good mag to subscribe to.
What I saw on their site appealed to me very much.

Good to see you back. Uli's missed you!

OMG!
Is that a claim to fame?

In this case, yes - especially as these posts appeared within a minute of each other. I'm just off to TM Pets and Animals now, to read about fungal infections in dogs. My daughter is hell-bent on getting a pug!

Umm I did not miss "Illusions" really.
In fact I have no idea who he/she is.
And the link he/she offered is an American one http://www.cleaneatingmag.com which will not work in NZ - except you pay LOTS of freight. The one I posted in post #4 above
https://www.isubscribe.co.nz/Clean-Eating-Magazine-Australia

-Subscription.cfm?prodid=13693-

is only $50 for 6 issues (bi-monthly) and probably closer to home for a NZlander.

Of course!

As OP has never come back he/she might not be very interested anyway - so pretty moot I guess.
