Hi all cookies! I wanted to share my discovery of how to keep a cut capsicum fresher for longer in the fridge, without the cut edges going soft (or even slimy) Just wrap in foil. It really works.

Any cut capsicums I will not use in the next few days go into the freezer here. All you need to do is halve and gut them and then 'stack' them and put into a freezer bag. They come out as fresh as new.
