Use it like a normal oven, similar recipes that you are use to should be okay, unsure on size though.
Anything further then please be more precise on what you want.

I used the 3 ingredient cake recipe and made mini cakes in my benchtop oven this year. I was able to bake 2 together @140C for an hour and was pleased with the end result.

Once again, comes down to size to suit.
How big do you really want re Cake size?
This will have a big bearing on the recipe as ones I mostly do is usually packed all around, that is extra pieces of cardboard - folded newspaper to decrease the likeliness off over - browning.
