Kremelta recipe

Its called white christmas:
2 cups rice bubbles
1½ cups coconut
300g kremelta
1 cup powdered milk (dry mix)
2 cups mixed dried fruit and nuts
1 cup Icing sugar
vanilla essence to taste
Place ricies, fruit and nuts, coconut, icing sugar and milk pwder into a large bowl.
melt the kremelta over a gentle heat and add vanilla.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Press into a slab or sponge roll tin and leave to set.
Can also be put into paper cupcakes if desired.

Just wondering if anyone has the recipe for what my Mum used to call Christmas snow. It was made using Kremelta and cherries etc from what I can remember when I was a child more than 60 years ago. Would love to make it for old times sake. Thanks in advance.

White Christmas Jo Segar
Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cups rice bubbles
• 1 cup coconut
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
• 1 cup full cream milk powder
• 1 cup mixed dried fruit (fruit cake mixture)
• 1/2 cup each red and green glazed cherries (approximately 100 g of each colour)
• 250 g solid vegetable shortening (kremelta) melted
Method
Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Press into a 20x30 sponge roll pan. Refrigerate and cut into squares, diamonds, or even Christmas shapes when cold.

White Christmas
250grms/8oz Kremelta Melted.
1 cup milk powder
1 cup icing sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup total of raisins, coconut, cherries, apricot, nuts
3 cups rice bubbles.
Add Kremelta and mix well then pour into paper-lined tin.
Set in fridge.
