Hi everyone. I've just made my roulade for tomorrow. I have rolled it up, undecorated, and will unroll it and decorate it tomorrow. My question is, should I keep it in the fridge overnight tonight, or just keep it, say, in the oven.

It would be ok it a container with a lid, out of the fridge, I have a choc roll all ready to cream tomorrow. I am leaving it out of the fridge overnight, but away from my greedy cat. Happy, merry xmas!
