Potatoes and Christmas dinner

My sister has asked me to bring potaotes for christmas lunch (at her house).
I think she had boiled new potoates in mind.

I have in my head - duck fat roasted potatoes.

my question: one - I work on Christmas morning, so can't make them at home before we go to her house.
I won't have time to make them between arriving at her house and us sitting down to dinner

Can I pre cook duck fat roasted potatoes.
and serve them cold?

or pre-cook and reheat the next day.

suggestions invited.

Precook, store covered, and bring to room temp. Bring along extra duck fat and fry them in hot pan or wok for a few mins to crisp them up and serve with flaky seas salt. adding garlic and rosemary when frying fills the house with deliciousness.

good suggestions. in fact, rather than guessing what might be in the oven. I could take the electric frying pan and do the reheat.
