Does anyone know how to use fresh stevia in baking/cooking.
I have a huge plant but just have no idea of what to do with it or how much to use in place of sugar

Could be the plant of the decade for cooking with especially with stir fry that uses sugar and being re-jig to use stevia, hmmm.

Just juice are now using it in their fruit drinks, cutting out or lowering the sugars and it does taste okay so far.

And as noted in the link above, to replace the bulk difference between sugar and stevia as noted in that cupcake recipe. hmmmm things are happening.

Worth watching.
