1st time attempting chicken filet mignon?

ok so i know to season chicken (not sure what with - salt and pepper ive assumed) and then wrap. but not sure whether to cook in oven or sear quickly and then stick in oven! also i dont know how long or which heat? help?

. . presume your using chicken breast which I would butterfly and fill with cream cheese and mushrooms... season salt, white pepper and tarragon... roll up and pin bacon with wet toothpicks... Butter with a little olive oil in pan and sear/cook outside , turning and spooning over the top till bacon near crispy. . then into oven 180 in frypan turning every so often and basting again with some fine chopped tarragon in the butter mix. . let it all rest, loosely covered in foil after removing from oven. .
