Anyone have a Convection Oven?

One of those glass round ones? Was thinking they might be a good thing to have to save power cooking in a big oven? Also wondering if they do air frying also? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

Have had about four over the years - love them. Can fit so much more in than you can in those air fryers.

Don't really bake in them but heard it is good. I roast vegetables and grill all types of meat.

They are great. Well worth it. Did a roast chicken last night and so Delish.

Can't live without mine. I prepare my pumpkin, parsnip, kumara, carotts onions, add a little olive oil, garlic and seasoning and 50 minutes later it's cooked. I also add beetroot but don't mix it as the other vegies will turn red.
Easy peezy. Can also have it as a warm salad by mixing it all up and adding ricotta cheese lumps. Yum!
