Anyone got a good one for the type of rum balls you can find at bakeries/supermarkets?

My recipe is one I have made for 30 years now, is easy and very popular.100grms butter,2cupa Icing sugar, 1 and a half cups of sultanas,3quarters cup of coconut ,1 and a half tblspns cocoa, and 1 to 2 teaspns rum. I put a good 2 tspns. Cut the sultanas into the coconut. Cream the butter and icing sugar and add add the rest . Roll into balls then roll into coconut . Chill in fridge. These are better than most of the bought ones I have had

We started making these at the same time! They are a firm family favourite though I use rum essence as children eat them. Much nicer than any I've been given/bought.
