This website saved my sanity baking-wise when diagnosed with coeliac disease http://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/

Chocolate Chewy Cookies
8oz icing sugar
3oz cocoa
4oz ground almonds
3 egg whites
Mix icing sugar and cocoa together. Add egg whites, mix together, then add almonds and mix. Scoop spoonfuls (I use a mini ice cream scoop) onto a baking papered tray and bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes.

These are to die for and will certainly satisfy your sweet tooth OP. It's a recipe given to me by a family friend (who is Coeliac) in the UK, hence the imperial measurements. I have scales which are both metric and imperial so haven't bothered to do the conversion.
I have made these many times and have cut the sugar by half and also on one occasion used 1 whole egg instead of 3 whites (as that is all I had) without it affecting the taste or texture of the cookie. ENJOY.
