Have a search for "slow cooker" and "crockpot" - there is plenty there, but make sure you change the setting to "last year" not the default 24 hours :)
will go bump the longest thread I saw :)

I saw you post that you had searched, but guessing you searched for "crock pot" not "crockpot" or "slow cooker" - there are quite a lot of threads, but new ones do help stimulate further conversation/recipes anyway :)
