Lime cheesecake

Hi
Has anyone got a good recipe for lime cheesecake. Daughter has requested this for her birthday. So many on google, but wanting a recipe that someone has tried before so I can be reassured it wont fail. TIA

morgsrocks, here's a couple of recipes from the former Trade Me Cooks.

"Lime & Ginger Cheesecake
150g gingernut biscuits, 75g butter, melted. Filling: 500g cream cheese, 125g sour cream, half cup caster sugar, 3 medium eggs at room temp, 2 Tbs plain flour, finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime, seeds of half vanilla pod, or 1tsp vanilla extract
qtr tsp ground ginger, thinly sliced limes for garnish. Line 20cm diameter loose-bottomed cake tin with foil. Put biscuits in a clean sealable plastic bag and crush to a fine crumb with a rolling pin. Mix biscuit with melted butter in a bowl and press into base of tin. Refrigerate while making filling. Beat cream cheese, sour cream & caster sugar until combined. Drop in eggs, one at a time, adding flour after first egg. Beat in lime zest and juice, vanilla seeds or extract and ground ginger. Spoon mixture into prepared tin and smooth the top. Bake for 30mins in preheated oven at 170 deg Celsius, or until firmish (it will still have a little wobble). Allow to cool. Remove cheesecake from loose-bottomed tin and peel off tin foil Cut into slices and arrange limes slices on top.

Light Lemon & Lime Cheesecake
Ingredients:2 tsp Gelatine & 45mls Hot Water, 375g Cottage Cheese, sieved, 150mls Low Fat Natural Yoghurt, 65g Caster Sugar , 1 Lemon, rind finely grated and juiced , 1 Lime, rind finely grated and juiced, 1 packet plain biscuits, crushed, 1 tsp Ground Ginger, 125g Butter or Margarine, melted Directions: Mix together crushed biscuits, ginger and melted butter. Press onto the base of a lightly greased 20cm springform tin or loose bottom tin. Refrigerate until required.Pour hot water into a heatproof bowl, add the gelatine quickly and stir briskly until dissolved. Leave to one side.Mix cottage cheese, yoghurt and sugar together for 1 minute, then mix in the lemon and lime zest and juice. Add the gelatine then mix until smooth.Pour mixture over biscuit base and chill for at least 3 hours or until set. Serve with cream, if desired.
