I have run out of butter and I want to make muffins for the kids lunches...
The recipe asks for 100gm butter melted... can I replace this with oil, if so how much?
Your help is appreciated.

Hi Google it I know there is recipes out there for muffins without butter. . sorry off top of head can't think of one. . but good old google will do it for you. . cheers Anne

just under half a cup of oil should be the equivalent to the melted butter.
