I used this loaf recipe to make feijoa muffins and they turned out great. Bring to simmer-1 cup chopped feijoas,1 cup boiling water, 1 cup sugar and 50g butter simmer 5 minutes cool slightlyAdd 1 beaten egg2 cups self raising flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Bake 20 -30 minutes at 180oCfor muffins or 40 -50 minutes for loaf.
