Pot luck Irish theme

After a mains or desert for a pot luck dinner, it needs to be for a irish theme something green would be great, any ideas for me, Thanks.

Off the top of my head a suggestion for Dessert - Crème de Menthe Pavlova - both pav and cream with added green colouring. :-))

My parent's had an Irish theme pot luck a few years back. I can't remember most dishes but do remember one couple bringing Rabbit Stew. I didn't know it was and asked why the chicken bones looked funny.

It was yum.
