I was so glad the one with glasses and his Mrs"s got the shove sorry And heck I make Puff Pastry learnt at school and use to make them in WA when I cooked for miners lol and they loved them never knew they had a flash French name just made them lol Fact was thinking about it the other day and thought been too long and will be having a dinner party soon and would make them. lol

I've been making flaky pastry lately for a variety of recipes - lovely to go back to making old favourites :-)
